Shipment Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
International Shipping
Apologies, we currently ship to US addresses only. That being said, if we hear from friends far and wide we may explore our options. We want all our hippie friends to be able to receive our Peace, Love and Joy!
Returns
We accept returns on items purchased individually – not on subscription boxes or any items contained within. We have a 15-day return policy – return shipping costs not included.
Because we must order a specific quantity of items for our boxes, which are non-returnable, we cannot offer refunds on subscription boxes once orders have been placed, or auto renewals have processed. Please note cancellations are for future boxes only. Cancellations must be done before the 1st of each month.
Subscription Box Shipments
Shipments will go out on or about the 15th of each month. Sign up for monthly subscriptions by on or by the 1st of the month to receive your box that same month.
Boxes are shipped out on the 15th of each month, unless the 15th falls on the weekend. Should the 15th fall on the weekend your box will be shipped out the following Monday.
